Alto, the holding company majority owned by Altitude Infrastructure, is integrating two more projects into its portfolio of public initiative fibre networks. The two additions are Emeraude THD and THD66, in the French departments of Aude and Pyrenees-Orientales respectively. Altitude previously agreed multi-year concessions covering the running of both these open-access networks.
