We’re quickly reaching the climax in Sprint Corp. and T-Mobile US Inc.’s dramatic "will-they-won’t-they'"merger saga as the Federal Communication Commission’s “shot clock” hits play April 4.  Although the FCC originally hit pause on its informal 180-day review period to study "significant additional information regarding (Sprint and T-Mobile's) network integration plans for 2019-2021" for the proposed $26.5 billion merger, the continuation of the FCC's process on Day 122 comes at a turbulent time for both companies.
