After launching its mobile 5G network in late 2018, AT&T today announced that it's reached another 5G milestone. AT&T has surpassed speeds of 1Gbps on its mobile 5G network, touting that it's the first U.S. carrier to reach that goal. AT&T achieved these 1Gbps speeds in multiple cities using the Netgear Nighthawk 5G Mobile Hotspot that it launched along with its mobile 5G network last year.
