Australian networking solutions provider NetComm Wireless has agreed to be acquired by Massachusetts-based converged broadband solutions company Casa Systems for a price of A$161 million or A$1.10 per share in an all-cash transaction. NetComm made the announcement to the ASX on Friday. The statement said directors had considered the acquisition to be in the best interests of shareholders.
