Iliad and infrastructure investor Infravia have completed the creation of the joint venture announced in September 2019 . As part of the deal, Iliad’s subsidiary Free has transferred ownership of a FTTH network covering 1 million premises to the new company, which has been created to bring fiber connectivity outside very densely populated areas of France.
