Internet for All in New York City: The Case for Municipal Broadband in the Five Boroughs

By virtually all measures, New York City's system for providing broadband internet service is an abysmal failure. Today it is estimated that 29% of households in the greatest city in the world have no broadband service at all, according to a recent report from Controller Scott Stringer.
