Crown Castle, one of Houston's largest public companies, plans to build a new 420,000-square-foot facility along Interstate 10 just west of the 610 Loop, according to public documents. The communications infrastructure provider purchased the land at 8020 Katy Freeway from San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. in July 2018, according to records with the Harris County Appraisal District and the Harris County Clerk's Office.
