A data breach suffered by Rocket Dollar Inc. in April has raised questions about best practices in the event of cybersecurity incidents. The Austin-based startup, which aims to put retirement money into unorthodox investment vehicles such as startups and cryptocurrencies, on June 3 sent letters to customers throughout the country to inform them of the breach and what action they could take.
