Net neutrality has been an important issue for a number of voters in recent elections and it looks like Democrats seeking their party’s 2020 nomination have plans for the issue should they be elected. Since the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) repeal of the rules in 2017, there have been ongoing efforts in Congress and the courts to overturn the decision.
