Department of Agriculture awarded a $4.3 million grant through the ReConnect program to Seneca Telecommunications, a telecom provider owned by the Seneca Nation, to deploy or upgrade broadband infrastructure in the Seneca Nations Cattaraugus Territory in western New York.
