Verizon has made a comeback in the latest OpenSignal mobile network tests in the US, passing T-Mobile to take the spots for 4G upload speed, availability and video experience. Verizon and T-Mobile tied for the top 4G download speeds in the tests conducted in Q4 2018 with Open Signal's app. AT&T won only in the latency category.
